About Anna & Bryant.
Soon after meeting, Anna and Bryant started plotting. They both wanted to create a book that combined original recipes, practical tools to create a healthy organic kitchen and the latest information about the revolution in food and farming that is healthy for our bodies and the earth.
That's how their book Grub: Ideas for an Urban Organic Kitchen (Tarcher/Penguin) and this website was born. In 2004 they also launched Grub Parties, community-building dinners that bring together diverse groups of artists, educators, activists, performers, and more to share good meals and good energy.
